Originally from Michigan, John’s sales career began in the hospitality  industry as both a Bell Captain for a prestigious hotel chain and a  bartender in a series of upscale restaurants in and around the Detroit  area. After expanding his sales skills into door-to-door sales and  tiring of the winter months, he decided that a move south was in his  future. In 1988, he relocated to Charlotte County, Florida, and launched  a successful real estate career, specializing in connecting buyers and  sellers across various aspects of real estate. Having lived in Punta  Gorda for over thirty-eight years, John has developed a deep  understanding of the local market and forged valuable contacts, which  have contributed to his continued success in the real estate field.
