Katie Becker

I cannot recommend Joe Pfeiffer and Katie Becker enough. They are so knowledgeable, helpful, professional, communicative, organized... the list goes on.

Katie Becker was exactly the realtor we needed. From the start, she was decisive, specific, and candid in helping us think through our listing and pricing strategy. Her guidance was indispensable. We had a very architecturally unique home and were fully prepared for it to sit on the market for a while. Instead, thanks to Katie’s strategy and expertise, we received three very competitive offers in the first weekend and were under contract within 48 hours of listing. What I appreciated most was that I never doubted Katie had our best interests at heart. She paired that with fresh market knowledge, honest guidance, and a willingness to take on the challenge of our home — and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. We’re now working with Katie on buying our next home and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.
