Meet Kyle
Growing up in a real estate-centric household, Kyle Maple was no stranger to the industry. His father owned the most successful real estate office in Snohomish County, providing Kyle with valuable insight and experience from an early age. Prior to becoming a real estate agent in 2017, Kyle worked in stadium sales for the two stadiums in downtown Seattle. His success in this commission-based role, where he sold drinks and snacks, fostered a strong work ethic and a passion for working with people that he brings to his real estate career today.

Kyle is a real estate agent based at the John L. Scott Mill Creek Town Center office, where he specializes in the Mill Creek Community Association (MCCA) neighborhoods. These neighborhoods consist of 25 single-family home communities, 15 condominium complexes, six townhouse complexes, and five apartment complexes, including the Mill Creek Retirement Community. In addition to working with MCCA residents, Kyle also enjoys working with investors and handling multifamily properties..

When he first started his career in real estate, Kyle had the chance to work with an experienced mentor who taught him the ins and outs of the industry.
