Originally from Bowling Green, Virginia, Lance moved to Bloomington in 2010 with his wife and has proudly called it home ever since. His early passion for real estate was sparked while working alongside his father in his building company, and it has only grown stronger through the years.

With a background in religious studies and counseling, Lance combines insight, empathy, and advocacy to serve his clients at every stage of the home journey. As a husband of over 12 years and a proud father of two, he knows just how important it is to find a home that supports the rhythm of family life and creates space for lasting memories.

When he’s not out in the community helping clients, you’ll find Lance running local trails — he's completed three marathons and countless half marathons — cooking with his kids, or spending time with his wife and friends.
