Meet Lixin.  Lixin is a dynamic and experienced local real estate agent working at Century 21 Fine Homes & Estate REA.

She received her bachelor degree in China, then was awarded scholarship from Japan International Cooperation Agency to study Rural Development in Obihiro, Japan.
In 1995, she came to the U.S. for higher education. After graduating from Cal Poly, Pomona, with a M.S. degree, she elected to stay home for five years to take care of her young daughter.

Then In 2005, she joined Century 21, and began helping buyers and sellers, just like you, to realize their dreams. She has been a successful real estate agent for over 19 years, winning the most prestigious Quality Service Pinnacle Award (top 1 percent), Masters Diamond Award, Masters Ruby Award, etc.

What’s something people are surprised to learn about her?  She volunteered her time working for various non-profit organizations like Project Understanding, as the secretary for the Ventura County Chinese American Association, as a Grievance Committee member for the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors and as Stephen minister for local church.  She is a certified facilitator for Journey to Intimacy workshop, have worked with hundreds of families to rediscover relationship building, bonding, love, joy, and forgiveness in life and at workplace.
