Pat is a licensed local real estate professional, investor, and practicing aerospace engineer at GE Aerospace. Born in Lansing, Michigan, Pat moved with his family prior to high school to Northern Virginia in 1999, and attended Virginia Tech University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering in 2012.  Upon graduating, Pat moved to Cincinnati, Ohio quickly falling in love with all that the Queen City has to offer!
Pat has gone on to complete his master's in engineering from the University of Cincinnati, while fostering dual careers in real estate and the aerospace industry. Pat's technical background and ability to solve complex engineering problems gives him a unique advantage in real estate. He uses numbers and data analytics to help his clients confidently navigate the ever-changing local market, supporting both buyers and sellers in their quest to ‘engineer’ the perfect sale.
Having lived in Cincinnati for over 12 years now, Pat is well versed in the Cincinnati regional market, with a focus on Loveland, Miami Twp, Blue Ash, Hyde Park, Oakley, Norwood, Deer Park, Madeira, Kenwood, and North Side. In his free time, you can find him walking and working out with his two Siberian Huskies, and entertaining friends and family around Cincinnati - checking out local craft beer festivals, restaurants and sporting events. He also enjoys tackling DIY projects at his rentals.
