I’m a licensed real estate professional based in Crossville, Tennessee, serving clients across Middle Tennessee. As founder of P. Bourdeau & Associates, I specialize in helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve top results through a full-service, client-first approach rooted in experience, strategy, and market insight.

Born in Montreal and raised near the Adirondacks, I hold a Bachelor’s in Marketing Management and a Master’s in Journalism & Mass Communication. Since becoming a U.S. citizen in 1986, my diverse background has taken me coast-to-coast—from fine dining to flipping homes, from homebuilding to hotel consulting.

I entered real estate in Scottsdale, AZ after a client encouraged me to pursue something greater. That moment launched a decades-long career helping clients from first-time homebuyers to luxury developers and land investors.

In 2019, I settled with my wife and three kids in Crossville, where we homeschool, homestead, and serve our community. When not helping clients, I enjoy hiking our forest trails, tending the land, and spending time at church and with family.

I hold the ABR® and SRS® designations—credentials earned by fewer than 4% of agents nationwide.
