My family relocated to San Antonio when I was a teenager.  Then, in 1980, I was graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. My first job was with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department where I spent 8-9 years representing the state while consulting with landowners in the Counties where I was assigned.  Somehow my adventures lead me to Real Estate. 

I obtained my real estate license in 2001, and a broker's license in 2005.  In 2006, I opened a small, boutique RE/MAX franchise in Garden Ridge, Texas.  Quickly, I realized that my joy and talents were not in owning and managing an office, but my passions were clearly realized when I was advising clients with the sale and purchase of homes.  So, I sold the franchise and continued doing what I do best.

My gifts are listening to and identifying client needs, along with my commitment to excellence and ethics.  Over the last twenty-four years, I have seen more and more how experience and education are two of the most important ingredients when representing your clients. Make no mistake, whether you are a seasoned Seller or Buyer, or going through the process for the first time, there are always questions along the way.  You need to know; I am committed to being available to answer questions and assist with advice.
