Sue Walsh is a dedicated real estate professional known for her exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Her intuitive ability to understand clients' needs and match them with the right property has earned her a loyal following. Before real estate, Sue had a successful career in the performing arts, spending eight years with The National Ballet of Canada and performing in Broadway productions like Cats, Phantom of the Opera, Showboat, and Ragtime. Her dedication and attention to detail led to her promotion as Dance Captain/Swing and later to Resident Director roles.

In 2004, Sue and her husband, Broadway veteran Bill Carmichael, moved to Vergennes, VT, where they ran The Emerson Guest House Bed and Breakfast for 18 years. This entrepreneurial venture enhanced Sue’s skills in customer care, property management, and hospitality, all of which she now applies to her real estate career.

Sue is actively involved in her community, serving as the Secretary for the Vergennes Opera House Board of Directors and as a Season Sponsor. She also contributes to the John Graham Shelter and has choreographed musicals for local schools and the Flynn Center for the Arts.
