Meet Terry Santoro Realtor-Associate  DRE#01145837    Terry Santoro located to Amador County in 1975 and feels fortunate that she was able to raise her two daughters and now grandchildren Colby & Jamey in this one-of-a-kind county. She enjoys the four mild season’s that the Gold Country has to offer and the proximity to Sacramento, Tahoe, and San Francisco; yet able to enjoy living in a rural area of only 35,000+/- population (in the whole county).    Terry and her husband Jim have been Small Business Owners of Safeguard Pest Control since 1979 and have always been committed to being community involved.     Being a “People Person” it was natural for Terry to go into Real Estate following her father Larry Carney’s footsteps; he was co-owner of C Two C Real Estate where she began her very successful real estate career.     Terry puts her clients first and cherishes those friendships.
