"I have used Ron before and had a great experience, so there was no way I was going with anyone else. With Ron, I can concentrate on finding the right house rather than wondering whether my broker is taking care of my needs and is in tune with my requirements. That makes the process much easier.
Throughout the process, Ron was heroic. The entire time he went well beyond his obligations to us. If we hadn't had Ron, we would never have sold our home and purchased our current home. Timing was everything, and Ron was always on time and on top of any complications that cropped up. In fact, I had to teach a college class in Greece for ten days during the signing period, but was only willing to because had unwavering confidence in Ron.
I would not hesitate to recommend Ron to anyone else I know such as colleagues and friends, or even strangers on the street. I may even encourage friends to buy a new home just so that I can recommend him.
Ron's knowledge is extensive, especially his knowledge and innate sense of how to deal with others. The Lennar agents clearly enjoyed dealing with Ron as our broker which helped get us a lower price and backyard landscaping included with the home. Ron was attentive to our needs and always affable. He was on top of everything. He answered all my questions promptly, even though I had a score of them."

"We decided to look at homes in Prescott Valley and was referred to Ron Cole by Tim Whitaker. Ron was at our home within 24 hours offering his advice on how we could spruce up our home for a quick sale.
Ron worked closely with us to get our home on the market quickly. We received 2 offers within the first week. Ron sat down with us and reviewed the pros and cons to both offers and allowed us to make our decisions on accepting an offer.
Ron was so knowledgeable when it came time to reviewing contracts and all paperwork, he didn't miss a beat!!

"knowledge of the area was extreme. accommodated my schedule (2 hour drive). can't say enough good things about this agent. will use him again and will recommend to anyone and everyone I know needed real estate help.
as a female senior buyer, agent advised on items that only a man would know to look at. Gave good mechanical advise.
Agent's humor was always welcome and needed at times.
talked one on one with listing agent to get the necessary information, came to terms verbally then did a once over contract. No bartering back and forth. Painless and fast

"Ron was excellent from beginning to end. This was my first home purchase and I really had no clue what I was doing. Ron made sure I knew not only what I was doing that day but also that I knew what was coming in the near future. He guided me through my choices and clearly explained all the documents I was signing. He took the time to respond to all my goofy questions via either text or email and was always there to give me guidance.
I've never owned a home before. I was rather nervous about the whole process of finding a home, getting a mortgage, sorting through all the paperwork, and generally overwhelmed at what I was getting into. Ron made this whole process so easy that at times I would ask him 'what am I doing wrong?' I thought for sure I was missing something because it was really easy and I thought it would be a lot harder. I can't thank him enough for everything he did for me."
