After moving to Sacramento from Michigan, earning my BA from CSUS and Master’s from USF, I taught for five years before transitioning to real estate in 1980. Partnering with my father-in-law, I later became the sole owner of two CENTURY 21 offices, overseeing 120+ agents. In 1994, I sold the business to Dan Jacuzzi and stayed on as an agent, continuing a successful career with The Murphy Team.

Since 1995, I’ve been among CENTURY 21’s top-closing residential agents in the Sierra Nevada Region. Our team, founded in 2001, has always ranked in the top 75 Century 21 teams nationwide. I’m honored to be a Presidential Member of the Sacramento Association of REALTORS® Master’s Club, placing me in the top 1% of local agents. Thanks to our dedication, we’ve received exemplary client reviews, earning us the Pinnacle Quality Service Award and a spot in Century 21’s Honor Society.
