"Ryan, clearly laid out a plan to sell our house at a fantastic price point. He made recommendations on what to improve prior to the sale and what to leave as is for cost efficiency. It was very important to us that we would not be in that situation again, and Ryan and his team did a fantastic job to sell our house quickly and we sold OVER ASKING!

"Ryan above all other realtors we interviewed seemed the most positive, knowledgeable and professional. We had specific needs that he listened to and built into his marketing/sales plan. He listened to our plan and expectations but provided professional guidance when we asked for or needed it. He was very helpful with pre-market preparations and staging that we really valued his teams input and advice on. We asked and received weekly open houses which we feel made the difference in our exposure and ultimate sale within a month from the initial listing date. No other realtor committed to do this for us even though we listed it as a high priority item for our consideration. His professionalism and perseverance got us through an atypical inspection process and closing that could have easily fallen through without his personal attention and experience in such negotiations. We were happy with the price we received for our home but he felt he could have gotten us more had we been willing to negotiate harder from our side and I truly believe he would have had we allowed him to counter more aggressively. We are risk averse people and Ryan understood that and never put us in an uncomfortable negotiating position. Becoming an 'empty nester' and selling a house you raised your family in for 20 years is a stressful endeavor and we are thankful that we choose Ryan and his team to support and guide us through the process. As a couple, this was our third house sell so we aren't new to the process and difficulties associated with a home sell transaction but Ryan was easily the best realtor we have used. We recommend him and his team highly."
