Kim Hooper is a Senior Commercial and Residential Escrow Officer with over two decades of experience in the industry. Known for her reliability, responsiveness, and genuine approach, Kim is dedicated to ensuring every transaction runs smoothly for all parties involved. Her clients value her consistency, prompt communication, and deep knowledge of both commercial and residential escrow.

Her career in escrow may have found her, but it’s a path she’s embraced wholeheartedly—earning recognition as a two-time Million Dollar Club member in Bellingham and a Top Producer. She holds her LPO license and brings a level of professionalism that reflects her belief: “No relationship is taken for granted.”

Born and raised in Tri-Cities, Kim is an active member of the Leading Ladies network and deeply involved in her family’s life. She has two children and five grandchildren, and rarely misses a sports game or event. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, sewing, and spending time with her Boston Terrier, Louie.
