Lisa Schultz was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, where she comes from a pioneer family with deep roots in real estate and banking—making her a fourth-generation professional in the industry. Real estate is truly in her blood. Licensed as a broker at just 18, Lisa began her career working as a site agent and buyer’s broker while attending college. She earned her degree in Social Science with a minor in Urban Geography and Industrial Construction Management.

Before returning to real estate full-time, Lisa spent seven years working for a national retail company, followed by seven years as a broker in Washington. For the past 21 years, she has been thriving in the Title and Escrow space, where she’s known for her strengths as an educator, supporter, and creative problem solver.

Lisa is passionate about helping others succeed and brings a wealth of experience and energy to every transaction. She’s married to her college sweetheart, and together they have two amazing children. Outside of work, you’ll find Lisa enjoying time with friends and family—whether it’s on a boat, out on the golf course, or traveling to new destinations.
