Escrow Officer

I’m Sherane Tucker, and I’ve worked in title and escrow since right after high school. I quickly discovered how much I love helping clients through the closing process, and I’ve built my career around clear communication, responsiveness, and making every transaction as smooth as possible. I’m always available to answer questions, solve challenges, and guide clients from start to finish.

With 37 years in the business, I've held every position from assistant to County Manager, but my true passion is in the Escrow Officer role.  I handle residential resale, construction, commercial, bulk sale, and hard-money escrows, and I take pride in turning even the most complex files into successful closings. 
I also love educating others - teaching classes, meeting one on one, or sharing my knowledge with a colleague. This is a fascinating business, and there is always something new to learn.

When I’m not working, I enjoy Bootcamp, day trips to the mountains and Columbia, and visiting my granddaughter.
