Tania has been in the title industry for the past 28 years. From working in title, being a TC, managing customer service, working on the escrow side, and most of her career being in the sales/marketing side. She has received numerous awards for "Top Sales" for the nation. Focused on building mutual profitable business relationships with realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers, developers, builders, and commercial brokers. Tania while still doing sales, is now the VP of Internal Operations/PR utilizing her experience and knowledge in all facets of the business to help the county maintain a proactive culture. She prides herself on “Applying Creative Solutions" and firmly believes no goal is unattainable. She has grown territories from zero market share to number one with effective, unique, and innovative ideas. She prides herself on "Making Things Happen" and her outstanding sales, marketing, and communication skills to maintain current clients while cultivating new ones.
