Tina Padron's escrow journey began in 1999 when OG and legendary sales rep Venus Star Collins spotted her customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to keep calm in the middle of chaos. Little did Tina know she was being recruited into the wild world of escrow. She started as an Escrow Assistant with Fidelity National Title and joined Chicago Title in 2004. 

Over the years, Tina has handled just about everything escrow can throw her way, including refinances, resales, REOs, relocations, short sales, and plenty of "how did this happen?" transactions. She thrives on multitasking, digging into challenges and believes exceptional customer service is never optional.

Born and raised in Stockton, Tina admits she's an overthinker, and a professional investigator at heart, likely inherited from being the daughter of a retired police officer. When she's not solving escrow mysteries, she's spending time with her husband and two sons. Tina is convinced that in a past life she was either Nancy Drew or a DJ... and honestly, the jury is still out.
