Blake embarked on his career from the perspective of a first-time homebuyer in 2015, where he discovered a passion for navigating the distinct challenges inherent in every real estate transaction.

Experienced in closing diverse deals, including new construction, residential resale, probate, guardianships, and refinances, Blake is dedicated to ensuring efficient and effective closings from the outset. His commitment extends to seamless communication with all involved parties.

Hailing from rural Minnesota, Blake relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 2010 to pursue higher education, ultimately earning a Bachelor’s of Science Degree. Beyond the closing table, he finds joy in exploring the outdoors of the Northwest, globetrotting, or simply enjoying the latest cinematic releases.
