Brenda started in escrow in 1975 as an Escrow Secretary. She was promoted to Escrow Officer in 1978.

Brenda is known for her professionalism and knowledge of escrow. She has received the prestigious designation, “Certified Senior Escrow Officer” through the Central Valley Escrow Association.

Brenda handles many types of escrows: residential resale, refinance and short sales. She handles commercial and agriculture properties and 1031 exchanges. She enjoys the challenges offered by complicated transactions, but also enjoys working directly with home buyers (especially first time home buyers)!
