Chad brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Commercial Sales Executive for Chicago Title of Oregon. He joined the Commercial team in 2018 after 20+ years of working in residential and wholesale mortgage lending, private mortgage insurance, and credit reporting. His combined experience allows him to be a valuable resource to his clients and a strong partner in helping them to achieve their business goals. Chad takes great pride in building long-term client partnerships and navigating the channels of communication between title and escrow to enhance these relationships. He currently works with a diverse client base consisting of commercial real estate brokers, lenders, investors, attorneys and developers.

Chad attended Dixon High School in Illinois and then went on to receive a B.A. from Western Illinois University. He and his wife moved from Chicago to the beautiful Pacific Northwest in 2013 and they’ve never looked back. He is currently a member of NAIOP and RMA Portland Metro Chapters. He loves spending time in the outdoors rain or shine, traveling the world, gardening, playing golf, and spending quality time with family.
