Cindie Brooks landed in Austin from New Orleans in the mid-80s, bringing with her the vibrant spirit of Acadia Parish—pure Cajun country at heart. In 1995, she made a bold pivot into real estate, joining Chicago Title Austin in business development after transitioning from a completely different career path. It didn’t take long for her to appreciate the vital role of title insurance—and the magic that happens when knowledgeable Realtors guide clients through one of life’s biggest decisions. Cindie truly honors the dedication of professional Realtors and is so proud to work for a premier title company that supports their sometimes-overwhelming efforts. ‘“The Castle” offers Realtors stellar classes, beneficial tools, and what she calls “Excellence in Escrow.”

Outside of the office, Cindie is a joyful force of nature. She was into Pickleball before it was cool—both playing and coaching—and she also leads Age Vitality Stretch Circles to help others stay limber and energized. (She coined the term Chronologically Enhanced for those like her increasing in age.) Most recently, she’s been cooking up something new: the Box Luck Dinner—a creative and connection-filled dining concept she hopes to perfect and see become a National Trend.  Whether on the court, at the table, or in the closing room, Cindie brings heart, humor, and a deep respect for the professionals around her.
