My passion for helping my clients has been the driving force behind my 30+ years of success in our industry! For the last 17 years, I have been the Title and Escrow business partner to hundreds of Real Estate Agents and Lenders, dedicating my time and energy to their success. My industry partners know I always bring enthusiasm, accountability, and sacrificial service to each transaction. My Story: I started my Real Estate career working as a personal Real Estate Assistant in November of 1990. I learned how important it is to have great communication and dedication to serving your clients during the Real Estate transaction. Working to coordinate the transaction with the Lending, Title, and Escrow officers to ensure a smooth transaction.

During the next 10 years, I moved into the Title and Escrow business working as a Property Information Specialist, Transaction Coordinator, and Executive Sale Support professional. I moved into the Title & Escrow Sales Executive role in 2004 and built great relationships with wonderful Real Estate Professionals. 
I have dedicated my time and energy to supporting both my Title and Escrow partners and Brokers and Loan Officers in South King County to safeguard their clients and ensure a pleasant transaction when buying and selling homes! My loyal clients know that I will always go above and beyond to provide sacrificial service to ensure they continue to build a strong, repeat, and referral Real Estate business.
