Danette was born and raised in Sparks, Nevada and has proudly served the Northern Nevada real estate community for over 20 years. Before beginning her career in escrow, Danette served in the military, an experience that strengthened her discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to serving others. Throughout her career, she has successfully facilitated hundreds of transactions, from commercial and new construction projects to residential sales, investment properties, and the simplest refinances. With her extensive knowledge of title and escrow, strong communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail, Danette has built a reputation as one of the most trusted escrow officers in Nevada.

Outside the office, Danette enjoys spending time outdoors and hanging out with her family. She also loves making homemade salsa to share with friends and family, and can often be found relaxing or outdoors with her pets. Balancing professionalism with warmth, Danette brings both dedication and heart to everything she does.
