Deanna Blanc started in title and escrow almost two decades ago as a receptionist and was blessed to work with and learn from many amazing title and escrow officers. She learned title research and marketing along the way and found that being an escrow officer was where she wanted to hang her hat! Deanna found her home as an Escrow Officer with Fidelity National Title Company and is fortunate to be working out of our beautiful Napa office. Customer Service is Deanna's number one priority. With communication, flexibility and a positive attitude, Deanna ensures that your sale, refinance, short sale, REO, modification or small commercial transaction not only goes smoothly and closes on time, but that it happens with as little stress to you and your clients as possible. 

When Deanna is not in the office or spending time with family, she can be found with friends on hikes, watching live music or simply enjoying a meal in beautiful Napa valley that she is grateful and fortunate to live in.
