Emilee Kaeser started in the title and escrow industry in 2012 as an Escrow Assistant after working eight years as a Deputy Recorder for the Mendocino County Recorder's office. Emilee's knowledge of real estate documents and the recording process served her well in her years as an Escrow Assistant and she was promoted to an Escrow Officer in 2015. When the former company she was working for closed its doors at the end of 2015, Emilee stayed on and commuted from Ukiah to their Hidden Valley Lake office for another year. It was during that time that she learned the beauty of Lake County and how amazing the people were in that community. Thanks to working in both, Lake and Mendocino counties throughout her career, Emilee has gained a vast knowledge for each county.

Emilee came to Fidelity National Title's Lakeport branch in the Fall of 2017 as an Escrow Assistant and was promoted to Escrow Officer in the Summer of 2018. She has been building strong relationships with amazing realtors, lenders and their clients ever since. Emilee is proud to be a part of a team dedicated to successful closings while providing the very best in service, expertise and working for a company that leads the industry in cutting edge tools, resources and technology. 

In her free time, Emilee loves spending time with her family, friends and puppies, Jax and Macee.
