Janet started her career as an Escrow Officer in 2003. She specializes in sale transactions, refinances and manufactured home escrows all over California and has been working with Chicago Title for 10 years.
She grew up in northern California and moved to Florida as a teenager, then after finishing school, moved back to CA as a young adult where she started in the health insurance business as a claims and research clerk where she worked her way up to becoming a claims specialist at a large health insurance company. She moved to San Diego County in 2002 where she started in escrow as a mobile home escrow officer and has lived in North San Diego County for the last 22 years where she raised her youngest child and loves to call San Diego her home.
She strives in using good customer service skills, organizational skills and extensive manufactured home knowledge to provide a smooth and pleasant experience in an already confusing and stressful time and takes pride in providing sound advice and guidance along the way.
Outside of work Janet loves time with family and friends, enjoys traveling to new places and taking hikes in the wonderful San Diego sunshine.
