Jill James brings 4.5 years of experience in the title and escrow industry, beginning her career as a Team Leader before transitioning into her current role as an Escrow Officer. She quickly discovered a passion for guiding clients through life-changing moments—whether it’s purchasing their first home or closing on a well-earned sale.

Specializing in residential closings, Jill is known for her strong organization, multitasking ability, and genuine care for others. Clients consistently describe her as professional, responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. Her work is rooted in integrity, faith, and a commitment to lifting others up through teamwork and kindness.

Born in California and raised in Spokane, Jill has called the Tri-Cities home for a combined 11 years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University and a Master’s from Western Governors University, and she became a licensed Limited Practice Officer in 2023.

Outside of the office, Jill is a proud mom of three and enjoys glamping with her family and spending time with their two dogs, Fergie and Evie. Her guiding verse:
