Originally from San Jose in the Bay Area, Kelly relocated to El Dorado Hills in 2015 to raise her family. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from Chico State, which has provided her with a strong foundation in strategic business practices.

Professionally, Kelly serves as a sales executive with Fidelity National Title Company, overseeing the Elk Grove and Greater Sacramento area. Since beginning her career in escrow in 2016, she has amassed a wealth of knowledge and expertise that she now leverages to assist her clients.
