I was born and raised in San Jose, CA, and graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in psychology and a minor in social science. I've been working in escrow since 2001, progressing from a temporary employee to a Branch Manager.

My background in psychology, coupled with my extensive experience in escrow, has helped me develop strong communication and interpersonal skills. I am passionate about helping others and serving my community, and I believe in treating everyone with respect and kindness.

I value hard work, but I also believe in balancing it with a healthy dose of humor!
