With 25 years of industry experience -- having worked in Escrow, Sales, Production, Title and as a Manager -- I am most proud of my ability to "get to yes" for my customers, finding solutions to complex transaction and crafting plans to clear title clouds and road blocks in real estate deals. In addition to my Title experience, I am the son of a residential builder, have worked as a Loan Officer and as a Licensed Real Estate Agent and also served four years on Stanwood City Council, working from the inside on municipal projects and budgetary challenges as a member of the Parks, Public Safety and Finance Committees, filling the role as Finance Chair for three of those years.

I enjoy being the go-to source for difficult transactions, the expert on distressed properties and The Guy that can get things done in a crunch for my customers. I am a Licensed Clock Hour Instructor and have taught numerous classes to Real Estate professionals over the course of my career.

I'm always eager to make new connections and find new ways to further my own knowledge of the industry while helping others learn, too.
