Starr launched her escrow career in 1993 at a title company in San Jose, laying the foundation for what would become a distinguished journey in the industry. In 2013, she joined the FNF Family of Companies and now proudly serves as Vice President and County Manager for Fidelity National Title, where she oversees operations in Alameda and Contra Costa counties.

With a deep passion for escrow, Starr thrives on the industry’s constant evolution and the integration of new technologies. Her ability to adapt and stay ahead of industry trends reflects her commitment to excellence and innovation.
