Tara Muniz began her career with Fidelity National Title in 2001 as an Escrow Assistant, then as a Settlement Officer in Virginia for 6 years before returning to Sonoma County in 2015 as an Escrow Officer.  Her positive attitude, love for working with the public, attention to detail, and solid work ethic provide a great foundation for her strong escrow knowledge. She handles everything from home equity lines and refinances, to 1031 exchange purchases and REO/short sale transactions.  Tara truly loves her job and treats each transaction as if it were her own. She strives to create a positive escrow experience for buyers, sellers, and real estate and loan professionals alike.  Tara met her husband, Justin, in 2002 and they share their passion for family, world travel, the outdoors, and their Golden Retriever Freddie.  In their spare time, they love to enjoy all our beautiful Sonoma County has to offer, whether sampling food and wine, spending a day at the beach, or taking a long hike with Freddie.
