"Mark Walker was excellent every step of the way with both the purchase of our new condo and the sale of our house. He listened to what we wanted and how we wanted it done and accommodated our requests completely. He offered great advice and was not offended, or 'put out'. if we decided not to follow it. Communication was excellent with great accessibility by phone or email, at all hours. Mark is extremely knowledgable, having completed thousands of transactions, which means he kept a cool head and never got emotional. His negotiating skills were also bad ass. He saved and made us, a lot of dollar.
If you want a straight talking, direct and honest realtor, then Mark Walker is your man. It's extremely rare that we work with someone and are 100% satisfied with the process and outcome and so far I can honestly say I'm 100% satisfied.

I've bought through Mark because he finds properties that fit, represent value, and isn't afraid to speak his mind. If Mark doesn't see value in a property, he will flat out tell you.
