"John is very personable,knowledgeable and professional. Arrived on time fully prepared and helped me understand the process and preparation for selling my mothers home. John provided repair service people, HVAC recommendations, suggested some painting in an area of concern. All great suggestions which I adhered to in order to get top dollar for the house.
