Two factors we looked for in a realtor were, 1. someone w/at least 8, ideally 10 years real estate experience specifically in Hawaii & 2. someone w/a deep local knowledge of Maui...she was born & raised on Maui & has been in real estate well beyond what we required.
Erin went above & beyond for us...credit goes to her for saving our closing as last-minute our lender was at a stand-still wanting it's required info from the HOA. The lender was about to give up on the whole transaction over it, but Erin hustled to get them what they needed & saved the sale!"
