"Patti Brecht is a great resource for a real estate agent. She is personable, intelligent, resourceful, and kind. She priced our home right where it should have been. It took awhile for our house to sell, however there were no other homes selling in our price range during the months of September-December so it wasn't for lack of marketing or anything else she could have done.
