Adam Cherko

Adam Cherko was a real pleasure to work with on the sale of my home. His enthusiasm and insights were valuable and contributed to a quick sale within days of the first open house. His advice on how to present the house in it's best light was extremely helpful and made a normally stressful process much less so. His photographer also took wonderful photos of the house and property. He was able to obtain an offer that was above asking and negotiated well on my behalf. Adam was very knowledgeable about Connecticut real estate law and made sure that he answered my questions and discussed possible options. I highly recommend Adam as a real estate agent in Connecticut!

I met Adam at a meetup he organized for prople involved or interested in real eastate. I knew that and definitely know now that he has a true passion for Real Estate. He is super knowledgeable, and if he doesn't have an answer for something, he will find it or know somebody who does. He's very professional, friendly, and patient to say the least. It took us a while in this market to secure a property, but we didn't stop. Because it was dedication and expertise. I now have a beautiful 3 family property. Thank you, Adam.

Adam was beyond helpful and gave us expert advice about the structural integrity of the house. He was always immediately responsive. We have dealt with many agents over the years but he is the best!
