Adam was very professional. He went above and beyond assisting with the difficulties we encountered during the sale of our property. We felt Adam was looking out for our best interest during the entire process.

Adam Hayes was phemoninal! Once he understood the houseing needs of my wife and I, he honed in specifically to the types of homes in those categories. We covered allot of ground in a short time, traveling to a number of different areas in the Myrtal Beach, Horry county area to help us capture the "flavor" of the areas. We are from out of state, so that exposure he helped provide was esstential in helping us make a home buying decision. When if came to finally closing on the home we selected, Adams help finding a home inspection engineer, and assisting the the closing negotiations was greatly appreciated.

I was using ChatGBT to narrow a list of properties I was interested in and aske Chat to give me a recommendation for real estate agents. Adam Hayes was at the top of the list. I planned to interview 3 other agents, but Adam made such a great first impression that I decided to ask him to help me find a condo. I had a short list of 5 properties. I thought we would look at the top of my list last, but Adam suggested the opposite based upon his knowledge of the area. He was right, the last place property turned out to be my first choice and the property I decided to buy. Adam was always available to answer questions. He guided me through the whole process and negotiations (which were the strangest, to put it nicely, I have ever participated in). Adam was always professional, polite, well-spoken, knowledgeable, helpful, and service oriented. I would definitely use him to sell my house. Highest recommendation!!!
