Aimee Lawrence

This was my first experience purchasing a home. Aimee went well above my expectations. She took the time to listen and learn what my needs and expectations were. She showed me a variety of residences and when we found the right one she work tirelessly to negotiate a lower purchase price, the seller paying a significant amount of the closing costs as well as the seller paying all realtor fees. Any time I had question, and I had plenty, she was there to answer my questions. A friend of mine who had served as an Assistant Vive Preseident for a major mortgage company and had attended numerous real estate related courses in their career said she was probably the best real estate agent they had ever seen. Not that I ever plan to move again, but if I did I would absolutely ask Aimee to be my agent.

Aimee Lawrence helped us so much. She knew the market and what needed to be done to the house to sell quickly. She put in the work to get the best offer.
