Alan Shields

It was a pleasure having Al work with me in the sale of my property. I've known him for a very long time and consider him a very trustworthy and hardworking individual. I really appreciated his patience in answering all my questions as the sale progressed. Highly recommend.

Allen was everything anyone would want in a realtor.

Having lived in SLCC for over 30 years, I was acquainted with Al through his ad in our yearly HOA booklet. I knew that he lived in the area and had been the agent involved in the sale of a number of houses locally. I felt that he would be the best choice for me because he appeared to be a person with long-time knowledge of real estate and of the properties in SLCC, It turned out that I was right because I needed a pro to deal with the conditions our neighborhood was left in after the second storm.. During the almost 12 weeks that my house was on the market we communicated almost daily. Throughout, Al remained confident as he tried different approaches. Finally his confidence payed off. I would not hesitate to recommend Al in the future.
