Allison Greetham

If you’re buying or selling a home, Allison is the person you want in your corner. She will advocate for you every step of the way while also being a trusted voice of reason when you need it. Allison has helped me buy and sell several homes over the last 20 years, and she has been instrumental throughout every process. Most recently, after my father passed away, I needed to sell his property. Allison went above and beyond not only helping and advising me through the sale, but also leveraging her incredible network to connect me with an attorney who could help with probate, as well as resources to sell some of our family vehicles. Allison is truly a rockstar. She is driven, hardworking, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely wants the best for her clients, whether you’re buying or selling. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Allison is very professional, but more importantly, she knows real estate and that is apparent with each step of the real estate selling experience. I recognize there are many things that can go wrong when you have the wrong realtor. I trust Allison to work in my best interest, to explain things clearly and to watch my back for shady buyers. She got me the best price possible and each step was clearly explained and made easy for me. I know Allison is honest, knowledgeable and consistently does her best. That's what you need and want in a good realtor.

Over my years, I've bought and sold a few homes with different agents. Allison Greetham by far went above and beyond what agents normally do. I've never had an agent be so hands on and helpful when needed. I appreciated the honest feedback and thoughts on how to move forward. Thank you Allison for all you did and would highly recommend you as an agent to anyone!
