Amanda Sammons

From the beginning of our house search, Amanda understood our wants/needs. With a young child, we knew we wanted an inviting, fun neighborhood. Somewhere that was comfortable and inviting for walks and playdates. She also considered our pets, including a large dog, and factored that into her property search, making sure there was enough space to roam. When we toured different houses, she took out different pros/cons we had for each of them, which helped us find the one! Amanda did a great job helping us with the closing process, she made it quick and easy for us first-time home owners! :)

We loved working with Amanda! As a family we were relocating from the UK so knew very little. Amanda always sought to understand our needs and explain local processes. In addition, Amanda has been incredibly genuine and fantastic when it has come to recommending - and introducing us - to local schools, trades, even going as far as to take us to the local Costco. We would absolutely recommend Amanda if you want someone who provides that extra personal touch.

Amanda helped us negotiate new windows and had them installed prior to purchase did several extensions needed for the work to be completed. Negotiated the price down referred a lender who was the most competitive out of the three that I was choosing between highly recommended will work with her again in the future, very knowledgeable on the market and process legalities looks out for the best interest of her client.
