Andy did an excellent job of working with us to find the right home and ensuring that we had all the information needed so we were aware of what needed to be done throughout the process. Andy negotiated on our behalf to get a good price for the home and fought for concessions when issues were discovered following the inspection. Overall, it was a great experience working with Andy and we would recommend him/work with him again for future purchases in the Denver area.
