"Angela Caruso was an excellent choice to handle my home sale.
She came highly recommended by my son in law who had bought a home with Angela as his agent some years ago.
I had great confidence in Angela Caruso as soon as I met her. She suggested the offering price and we discussed how that was a reasonable starting point and why it could bring a higher actual selling price. I understood everything that she explained. In fact it did sell for 30k over asking in 4 days and at the first open house!! Completely smooth from start to closing!
Very pleased with the quick results as my little Grandson needed his Grandma in New Hampshire to help raise him!

As first time home buyers, all aspects of this process were foreign to myself and my husband. Angela answered all of our questions without hesitation, in a timely manner, and never made us feel uncomfortable in approaching her at any time with any type of inquiry. "We met Angela at an open house about a year before we were ready to purchase a home. At the open house, Angela was courteous and knowledgeable about the house we were visiting. Based on this, we felt it was a good fit when we were ready to purchase a home.
While the process of purchasing a home is filled with anxiety, Angela always made us feel important and comfortable when we were visiting homes for us. Angela was always attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions. When we put an offer on a home we liked but lost it to another buyer, Angela was caring and assured us that we would find a home. Sure enough, another home, one we absolutely loved, came on the market. Angela made sure we could get in to view the home quickly and, sure enough, we were able to put an offer an and secure the home within days.
