Ann Forde

Selling a home can be incredibly stressful, but working with Ann Forde made the entire process seamless from start to finish. From our very first meeting, Ann brought an unmatched level of professionalism and deep knowledge of the South Shore market. She helped me set realistic pricing expectations and built a strategy that delivered fantastic results. Ann’s dedication is truly next-level. She was available around the clock—handling late-night negotiations, answering questions on weekends, and keeping me updated every step of the way. She completely removed the stress from the listing and transaction process. As a seller, you want an agent who is sharp, strategic, and working tirelessly in your best interest, and that is exactly who Ann is. If you are looking to list your home, I cannot recommend Ann and the Tullish & Clancy team highly enough!

We originally worked with Ann during the height of COVID in 2021 to buy our first home and when we began looking for our "forever" home in 2026, we were so happy to work with her again! She was efficient with managing the sale of our current home and supporting us in the search for our new home. We appreciate all of her guidance and patience!
