Annie Yoder

I cannot recommend Annie Yoder highly enough. She was truly the perfect real estate agent for me and was there every step of the way. From the beginning, Annie was warm, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. She listened to what I wanted and genuinely cared about helping me find the right home. Annie’s knowledge and experience were exceptional, and her guidance through the offer, contract, negotiations, and closing was invaluable. She made sure I understood everything and was always available when I had a question or needed help. What makes Annie so special is the combination of her professionalism and genuine kindness. I always felt that she truly cared about me, not just the transaction. Thanks to Annie, I found a home and neighborhood that I absolutely love—and I feel like I gained not only an exceptional real estate agent, but also a wonderful new friend in the neighborhood. I highly recommend her!

Annie had networking and access like no other to give us the opportunity to purchase our forever home! She was efficient and organized in getting us sorted for closing. The whole process was super smooth, in large part because of her talent.

My husband and I were looking for a very specific property in a very specific neighborhood and could not have picked a better realtor to help us with the process than Annie Yoder. Annie understood exactly what we wanted and went out of her way to find the perfect property for us. From making the official offer to our move-in date (and beyond!), Annie has been so professional, knowledgable and is an incredible resource for all of our needs. Thanks to her, this experience could not have gone more smoothly. It has been such a pleasure to work with Annie and we recommend her 100%!
