April helped us remotely and in person and was flexible in her scheduling with showing properties and taking late night calls. Once we found our house, April helped turn it around quickly with the short escrow period, and provided recommendations for loan servicing. Her style was more casual and approachable for those who like that feel, and was ok working over email, text, or calls to accommodate my busy work schedule. Had no major snags during escrow and was there to provide guidance when we had multiple options to choose from. We love our new property and are thankful for April's role in helping us get it.
