Ben Oblizajek

When we first started looking for houses in Madison, we were still living in Kansas City. Ben always worked around our schedule when we would come visit Madison to tour houses, and made us feel like a priority. Ben was knowledgeable about the areas we looked at, and we built trust with him very quickly. This lead to feeling confident in our final decision and house we bought. Ben was very friendly and even after the purchasing our house and being in Madison for almost 8 months now, Ben has kept in touch and been a great resource! If anyone we know needs a realtor in the Madison area, Ben will be our recommendation to them!!!

We are very happy with our overall experience with Ben Oblizajek. Ben was professional and thorough. He was easily reachable and a great communicator. We would recommend Ben to our friends and family and definitely use him again. Thanks Ben!

Ben Oblizajek did a great job of handling the sale of my condo and getting an excellent price with quality buyers. There were a number of problems that I needed to resolve and he was always reachable and helpful. He was exceptioinally supportive and encouraging. I could not have asked for a better realtor and would happily recommend him to people in my old neighborhood.
