Brent did a great job navigating a challenging sale, going above and beyond in his duties as a realtor, maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout in spite of several difficult situations and ultimately doing what was necessary to get us to the finish line of selling our house after a previous realtor was unable to. I would highly recommend him for any real estate needs.

The best review I think anyone can ever leave is that of planned repeat business. Brent Perry has earned our repeat business anytime we are dealing with real estate in his area. Brent was always available by text or call, was personable and enjoyable to work with, and took the time to explain much of the home buying process for two new home buyers. Not once in the process did we feel pressured for a sale and multiple times he went above and beyond to assist when he had already fulfilled his obligations. We never once felt like clients of his but more like friends he was helping, it truly felt like Brent was there to guide us and find the best home in our budget. The final house we found ended up being an ideal situation for us that fulfilled every need/want that we had. Not only am I leaving this review but I will be recommending him to anyone I know from here on out. I cannot express the gratitude my wife and I have for the help Brent Perry provided to us in our first home purchase.
